George Craan ‘12 Concord-Carlisle (MA) Football

Concord-Carlisle running back George Craan '12 had his best game of the season as he rushed for 244 yards, scored three TDs and had one 2-point conversion run in Concord-Carlisle's 35-12 win over Acton-Boxborough on Friday night.

Craan discussed the importance of the week with us for ESPN Boston earlier in the week.

The senior knew it had been a long time since Concord-Carlisle had defeated Acton-Boxborough. Two and half decades of Colonial dominance came to end behind the work of Craan and a talented senior class. They left a mark on the history of the program and remain undefeated at 7-0 heading into two important DCL Small match-ups with Weston and Wayland.

Concord-Carlisle then concludes their regular season at Lincoln-Sudbury and at home against Bedford on Thanksgiving Day.
