Boudreau Steals the Show

Andover junior guard Nicole Boudreau '12 (pictured left) was named the 2011 Massachusetts Gatorade Player of the Year this week.
She did not disappoint Friday in the D1 North Finals as the Boston College commit scored 34 points and left jaws dropping when she sank a near half court shot at the halftime buzzer.
Boudreau led Andover to a, 57-51, win over Acton-Boxborough to advance to the final od the Eastern Mass D1 tournament. A-B was led by junior Elizabeth Belanger '12, (pictured below) who scored 25 points, despite battling double teams and physical play throughout.
In the second sectional final New Bedford fought hard and came back to defeat Mansfield, 47-46, behind 23 points from junior guard Allexia Barros '12 (pictured below). Mansfield was led by senior guard Kathryn Campbell '11 who scored 15 points for the Hornets.
Andover (25-1) will take on New Bedford (24-0) in the Eastern Mass D1 Championship Monday at the TD Garden.
